How to View the Modeling Details of a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for viewing the Modeling details of a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: This feature is available only to users with the Powerbuy Associate role.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates will open in a new window tab.

   • Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the submenu.

5. Select Country on the right side of the page.

6. Choose your country and select Go.

7. Use the Search field to enter the Powerbuy Name or Powerbuy ID.

8. Select the Powerbuy ID hyperlink to open the Powerbuy details.

9. Open the Modeling tab.

10. The Modeling tab provides access to the following information:

    • Modeling Form

    • Projected Receipts

    • Simulation

    • Return on Working Capital
