Overview:
This article explains how to locate and view order product details in CRM, including pricing, quantity, order information, delivery details, and end-user purchase order information.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.
The Order Product Inline Edit View page opens by default.
Use the Quick Find search bar or available filters to locate the desired order product.
Double-click the order product to open its details.
Review the available information, including:
Sales price
Quantity
End-user PO number
Order information
Delivery details
Additional product-related information
