How to View the Post-Mortem Details in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can view a Post-Mortem's details from Xvantage for Associates’ Purchasing module.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list which displays crucial information such as Powerbuy ID, Powerbuy Name, Fiscal Period, Master Vendor Name and others.  

6. Locate the post-mortem that you want to download by utilizing the search boxes by clicking the categories just above the list.

7. Once located, click on the hyperlinked Powerbuy ID.

8. You will be directed to the post-mortem details page which has the following tabs:

   • Modeling

   • SKU List

   • Questionnaire

   • Linked POs

   • Payments

   • Remaining Units
