How to View the Powerbuy Configuration Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides steps on how you can access the Powerbuy Configuration module in X4A. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration. Next, click on Powerbuy Configuration. 

4. You will be directed to the Powerbuy Configuration dashboard that lists all available countries. By clicking the hyperlinked country code, you will land on the country’s Finance Configuration and Approver Configuration tabs.
