Overview:
This guide explains how to view the product details when you are checking the inventory in Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Inventory Inquiry.
Use the search tab to search for the specific product you want to check the inventory.
Click on the SKU # (a hyperlink) to open its details.
Click the Product Details to expand the information.
The following information will be displayed:
Product costs
Categories
Vendor details
Codes
