How to View the Reseller's Address Information in CRM

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view a reseller’s address using CRM. 

Note: This function is used by Business Admins.   

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Extensions and select Addresses.

6. In the view dropdown, select All Customer Addresses to display addresses.

7. Search using the filter by category or quick find bar.

8. Once located, click the Address Name (it is a hyperlink).

9. The page will display the reseller’s complete address information, including:

   • BCN

   • Account Name

   • Complete Address
