Overview:
This article outlines the steps to access and review subscription details in Xvantage for Associates (X4A), including end-user information, related subscriptions, reseller phone calls, and activity timelines.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Insights.
Select My Insights.
Click the Subscription tab.
Use the available filter or sort options to quickly locate a specific subscription.
From the subscription list, click the specific subscription row to expand and view the associated end-user details.
To select an End User, click the user's row in the list. The Subscription Detail page will open.
On the Subscription Detail page, you can view the following information:
Top-level subscription details
End-user summary
Detailed view of all related subscriptions
Phone calls associated with the reseller
Timeline of subscription activity
