How to View Vendor Lead Notes in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view lead notes associated with a vendor in the Vendor Onboarding section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A). These notes are added by Ingram Micro associates and may contain important information related to the vendor's onboarding process.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab. 
3. In the left navigation menu, click Vendors, then select Vendor Onboarding.
4. In the search bar, enter the Company Name of the vendor whose lead notes you want to view.
5. From the search results, click the Company Name (a hyperlink) to open the vendor details.
6. On the vendor details page, click Notes, then tab that you want to view:
   • All
   • My Notes
   • Other’s notes
7. You may opt to view the notes according to the following Filter (found on the right side of the page):
   • Newest first
   • Oldest first
8. Review the notes added by Ingram Micro associates regarding the vendor.
