How to View Vendor Onboarding Lead Details in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to view detailed information about vendor onboarding leads that interest you.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Onboarding.

4. In the search bar, enter the Company Name of the vendor whose lead details you want to view.

5. From the search results, click the Company Name (a hyperlink) to open the vendor details.

6. The Summary tab will display the vendor’s account information.

7. Navigate to other available tabs for more details:

   • Onboarding Data – View onboarding steps and their completion status.

   • Assigned Associates – See which associates are assigned to the vendor’s onboarding.

   • Notes – Review any notes added by Ingram Micro associates.
