How to View the Vendor Summary in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to open vendor summary and view account details through the Account Management page in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Account Management.

5. From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account. 

6. Use the search bar to find the specific vendor account. 

7. Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details.

8. The Summary tab opens by default.  It displays information including, but not limited to Business Details, Primary Contact Details, and Connected Vendor Codes.
