How to View Vendor Summary in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to open vendor summary and view account details through the Account Management page in X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Account Management.

5. Click on the name of the vendor (in blue text) in the Vendor account column. Once you complete this action, the summary tab should appear first.
