Overview:
This article explains how to access and view vendor information in X4A CRM. The Active Vendors view allows associates to search for vendors and review key details such as vendor name, vendor number, country, creation date, and company code.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Vendors.
The Active Master Vendors view opens.
Review the list of available vendors. The following information is displayed for each vendor:
Vendor Name
Vendor Number
Country
Created On
Company Code
To locate a specific vendor, use Filter By or Quick Find.
