How to View Working Capital for a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates

This guide walks you through the step-by-step process on how to view working capital for a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the sub-menu.

5. Use the search bar and enter the Powerbuy Name or ID.

6. From the results listed below, click the ID of the desired Powerbuy.

7. On the right side scroll down to the section Working Capital to see details. ROWC simulations now display working capital impact for Normal Buy, Powerbuy, and incremental scenarios across the next six months, giving finance and planning teams clearer forward-looking insights.
