How to View Yesterday's Quotes in My Insights Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

The Yesterday’s Quotes feature gives quick visibility into all quotes created the previous day, helping the user track activity and take timely action. Yesterday’s Quotes are automatically available in your Xvantage account.

• Accurate vendor attribution: Vendor codes have been updated so quotes are assigned to the right vendor.

• Consistent insights: Teams in Italy and India can now use Yesterday’s Quotes to monitor deal flow and stay up to date.

• Phased rollout in India: The launch begins with a limited set of vendor codes, with more being added in a future release.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu, and click Insights, then My Insights.

4. The Quotes Insights page will be displayed, offering tools and data to help you prioritize quoting activities.

5. Click Filters beside search keyword text box.

6. Enable Yesterday's Quotes Only.

7. Click Apply to apply changes.
