Answer:
Access your invoice or order in Xvantage.
Verify Ingram Micro's bank details on the invoice.
Make the transfer from your bank, using the invoice or order number as a reference.
Save the payment receipt.
Send the receipt to the email address or portal indicated on the invoice to expedite payment processing.

Note: The Bank Accounts page is accessible only when the Spanish language is chosen from the top right corner. If the English option is selected, the page may not be accessible.
Where can I find the bank accounts in the portal if I want to pay by bank transfer?
Answer: Regardless of your credit terms, you can pay by bank transfer, whether it is for an order or an invoice.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Locate the Help button in the lower-left corner of the homepage.
A pop-up menu will appear. Select the BANK ACCOUNTS option.
Enter your customer number along with your branch information, and the system will display your payment reference. At the bottom, you will find the available bank account details.
Note: This reference will always remain the same for your customer number. When sending your payment confirmation, remember that if you are a cash customer, you must send it via email to liberapagos@ingrammicro.com. If you are a credit customer, be sure to copy your credit representative on the email.
Complete the order process in Xvantage.
In the upper-right corner, click on the cart icon to access Checkout.
