How to Manage Capture Codes in the Holding Tank for Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

Keep orders moving through the efficient process of editing, adding or deleting capture codes in Xvantage. Associates no longer need to manually enter and capture codes in Impulse. These can all be easily managed in Xvantage for Associates using the VMF configurator. Below are the steps to achieve this.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click on Sales.

4. Scroll down to Orders, then click on Order Management.

5. Click on EDI Pre-Order Exceptions, then go to the tab Holding Tank.

6. At the search bar, the user can search any field (PO, BCN, Customer Name, Vendor Code, etc.)

7. Once the order is identified, click on the Reseller PO number (a hyperlink) to open its details.

8. Scroll down to the header level capture code, and click view or edit. From here, the user can edit, add or delete a capture code.

9. An alternative action can be done at line level by clicking on the pencil icon (capture codes).
