How to Check a Bid Combinability for Discount Stacking in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to check a bid combinability for discount stacking in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. Search both bids that should stack, taking note of the Vendor program listed for each bid.

5. If you use the standalone link, hover over the left navigation menu and select Vendor Programs.

6. Search vendor name and select.

7. Click the tab for Combinability rules.

8. Find one of the program names, open the corresponding drop down to be sure all other vendor program types are selected for stacking. Repeat for all combinable program names.

Note: if a program is not selected but should be available to combine, please contact the COG/VDD team.
