Adobe Consumables and Transactions in Xvantage™ FAQ

Question: What are Adobe Consumables and Transactions that we can find in Xvantage™?

Answer:

Adobe consumables, such as Sign transactions and Stock credit packs, are assets with a fixed usage period. They expire if not used within their validity—typically aligned with your VIP MP agreement anniversary or, for some credits, 12 months from purchase. Unused consumables do not carry over to the next term.

When purchasing, ensure that the quantity matches your needs for the available period. Consumables include items like Acrobat Sign transactions, Stock credit packs, and Firefly Standard credits. These are separate from named-user licenses and are managed as transactional credits that expire at the end of their term.

Warning: You can only return a consumable order if none of the credits have been used, once you start using a consumable then you can no longer return the order.
