Adobe Spot and Volume Pricing Across Orders and Subscriptions

Overview: 

With this new feature, resellers can now change the End Customer price and/or reseller’s Margin. This feature is entirely optional.

NOTE: In order to use this feature, users must have eligibility to define prices in Xvantage. Reach out to your Admin Users to assign the correct roles to the associates who need access.

How does it work:

There are two different ways that customers can use this feature throughout their X4C journey:

• In the Cart & Checkout wizard, you can click ADJUST PRICE

• Alternatively, you can click Adjust price on the Subscription Details page.

Process:

1. Once the adjust price button is clicked, customers can edit the price and margin of each subscription, as well as updating the cost preference and effective period of this price change.

2. Notice that the margin and customer price columns are now editable for all subscription lines. 

   

3. By clicking the Cost Update Preference dropdown, you can choose to keep the customer price or margin.
