Summary / User Symptoms:
A customer sees Pending Seat Additions for an Adobe subscription. The added seats may appear temporarily, fail to provision fully, expire after a short period, or the customer may be unable to add additional trial seats.
Root Cause:
This behavior occurs when seats are added as trial licenses directly through the Adobe Admin Console.
Key limitations of Adobe trial seat additions include:
Trial seats are temporary and valid for 7 days only.
Customers can create a maximum of three trial seat additions.
Trial seats do not automatically convert to paid licenses.
Once the trial limit is reached, additional trial seats cannot be added unless a paid order is placed.

Resolution
The issue is resolved when the customer purchases the required licenses through Xvantage. Trial seats are temporary and cannot be used as a long-term licensing solution. A paid order is required to provision permanent seats and reset trial limitations.
