Question: When do vendor recommendations appear?

Answer: Vendor recommendations may appear in the following scenarios:

• Cart & checkout (new purchases):
  When purchasing new subscriptions, relevant up-sell, cross-sell, and add-on recommendations are displayed within the cart and checkout flow, helping customers enhance their solution before completing the order.

• Change orders (existing subscriptions):
  During subscription changes, recommendations are surfaced within the change wizard, enabling customers to explore additional options while modifying existing subscriptions.

• Seamless “View recommendations” experience:
  Customers can open a dedicated recommendations panel directly from the cart or flow to review options, adjust quantities, and add items without disrupting their journey. Recommendations appear only when applicable, ensuring the experience remains contextual and non-intrusive.

• Scoped and controlled rollout:
  This capability is enabled through a marketplace-level configuration toggle and applies only to supported Xvantage countries, without impacting CMP checkout or change flows.
