Question 1: Where can I see the recommended quotes in Xvantage?
Answer:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business.
Select Quotes.
Once inside the Quotes dashboard, you can find the recommended quotes below the tab All Quotes.
These recommended quotes can be labelled as : Quotes to Watch, Frequently Viewed Quotes and Time-Sensitive Quotes. Or AI may notify you of other quotes you may need to keep an eye on.
Question 2: What can I get from these recommended quotes?
Answer:
Quotes to Watch - This highlights larger or more complex quotes that may be worth keeping an eye on.
Frequently Viewed Quotes - These are surfaces quotes with higher customer or quote activity, helping you identify opportunities showing stronger engagement.
Time-Sensitive Quotes - This highlights quotes that are approaching expiration and may require timely follow-up.
One-Click Filtering - These select a recommendation to automatically filter the Quote List and focus on the relevant quotes, with the number of quotes and total value shown for each category.
