Xvantage Digital Assistant: Smarter Support & Self-Service
Our Xvantage Digital Assistant continues to evolve with new self-service and support capabilities, helping you find answers faster and connect with support more seamlessly when additional assstance is needed.
Invoice self-service: Ask the Digital Assistant natural-language questions about your invoices, including invoice status, balances, payments, due dates, and line-item details. You can also access recent invoices and receive responses in your preferred language.
Smarter support handoff: If a knowledge article doesn't resolve your question, you can choose live chat or submit a support ticket. Your most recent issue description is automatically carried into the support flow, so you spend less time repeating information.
Order ETA lookup: Ask the Digital Assistant for shipment and delivery estimates for your orders, including delivery details for specific products in multi-line orders.
Enhanced Product Comparison Search
You can now find products to add to your comparison list using product keywords or VPN, in addition to SKU. This gives you more flexibility when searching for products and makes it easier to build a comparison list without knowing the exact SKU.

Search Orders by Subscription ID
You can now search and filter your orders using Subscription ID, giving you an easier way to locate orders associated with your provisioned subscriptions.
Search by Subscription ID: Use Subscription ID alongside existing order search criteria.
Historical order coverage: Search across historical order data as well as recent orders, making it easier to find subscription-related order information.
