Answer:
When multiple discounts apply to the same product, the quoting experience now:
Combines eligible discounts to calculate the best available customer price
Automatically sets the quote expiration date using the earliest discount expiration date
Provides visibility into applied discounts and their expiration dates (where supported)
This functionality is now available across supported quoting channels including: Vendor Deals, CRM-generated Auto Quotes, and Xvantage quoting experiences.

Question 3: What are the Auto Quote enhancements?
Answer:
CRM - Auto Quotes - With the Auto Quote enhancement, eligible discounts are automatically combined to deliver accurate customer pricing. Once the quote is activated, the quote expiration date is automatically adjusted to the earliest expiration date among the applied discounts, helping ensure pricing and quote validity remain synchronized.
Viewing Discounts - Combinable discounts are viewable within the Products tab of the Quote. Within the product line item, associates can view which discounts are applied, amount, the expiration date, description and available quantity.
Auto-Sync of Expiration - After the quote is activated, the system will automatically sync the quote’s expiration date to match the discount with the nearest expiration date.
Question 4: What are the Vendor Deal Combinability enhancements?
Answer:
Xvantage Vendor Deals now automatically applies all eligible combinable discounts, such as Vendor Deal and Special Pricing discounts, when creating a quote, ensuring customers receive the best available price without any manual intervention.
The system also automatically adjusts the quote expiration date to match the discount with the nearest expiration date, helping prevent quotes from remaining valid after a contributing discount has expired.
Where enabled, users can view a detailed breakdown of the applied discounts, including expiration dates and deal information, directly within the quoting experience.
