Question: When can I Auto Release an order in Xvantage?
Answer: To qualify for Auto Release, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in stock.
The payment method must be the account's default credit term.
The shipping method must be DHL, Estafeta, or Metropolitano.
The customer must have no outstanding balance with Ingram Micro.
Important:
If any of these requirements are not met:
The Auto Release option will not be available.
The order will not be eligible for Auto Release processing.
