How to Filter End Customers in the Azure Consumption Dashboard in Xvantage™

Overview

The Azure Consumption Dashboard is a tool that provides a single view to track Azure usage, costs, profitability, and margins across all end-customer Azure subscriptions. This gives Resellers greater visibility into spending trends, helps identify anomalies with AOBO, and enables them to manage overall profitability at a glance.

Note: If Insights is not available in the left navigation menu, follow the instructions in How to Enable Insights in Xvantage™.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.

3. Click Insights.

4. Click the Recurring Services tab.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you locate the Azure Consumption section.

6. Ensure the Sort By option is set to Customer Name. The Customers will be in descending order.

2. To filter end customers, click the All End Customers tab. From there, you can search for an end customer and select one, multiple, or all.

3. Once selection has been made, click Apply. You do have options to clear or cancel any selections that were made.

4. The Customer Name view will be displayed in descending order for any chosen sort option.
