How to Join the Talent Community in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This document outlines the steps to join Talent community within Xvantage.

Process: 

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information menu at the bottom of the Home page and click on Careers.

3. Ingram Micro website will open in a new tab.

4. On the upper right side of the screen, select Join Talent Community.

5. A new page will open in a new tab.

6. In the Introduce Yourself section, enter data in all mandatory fields marked with “*” symbol.

7. In the Resume/CV section, you can upload your resume (not more that 5MB file size) in the following formats:

   1. DOC

   2. DOCX

   3. HTML

   4. PDF

   5. TXT

8. Select the checkbox next to I agree to have read and agreed on the Privacy Statement and Notice of Collection For Recruitment and Hiring of Ingram Micro.

9. Once done, select the Submit button and you will be notified for the recruitment proceedings afterwards.
