How to Manage Renewal Email Preferences per Vendor in Xvantage™

Overview:

Refer to this KB article to modify email settings for Renewals by each vendor.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Renewals.

3. Once you arrive at the Renewals page, select the Renewal Preferences button.

4. On the upper right corner of the screen, click Customize Vendors.

5. A pop-up screen will appear, allowing you to select vendor/s and manage their renewal email settings.

   • You may select multiple vendors at a time.

6. Once done, hit Save.
