How to View an Existing Return/Claim in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides instructions on how to view and search for Returns and Claims in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Select Returns and Claims.

4. Select Search for existing Return from the Returns Management screen.

5. Using the drop-down menu beside the search box, choose the search criterion that matches the detail you have on hand like:

   • Invoice #

   • Reference #

   • Claim #

6. Hit Enter to start searching.
