Summary:
Xvantage allows you to save quotes as drafts so you can continue working on them later. Draft quotes can be edited to update items, customer information, expiration dates, and other quote details. However, draft quotes are only available for up to 60 days. After 60 days of inactivity, the draft is automatically canceled and can no longer be edited, requiring a new quote to be created.

Question 1: How do I save a quote and continue editing it later?
Answer: To save your progress and return to your quote later, click Save & Exit in the upper-right corner of the page. Your quote will be saved as a draft, allowing you to reopen and continue editing it at any time.
When you resume working on the draft, you can:
Add or remove products
Select or update the end customer
Modify the expiration date
Make other necessary changes before finalizing the quote

Question 2: Why can't I edit my draft quote?
Answer: Draft quotes are only available for editing for up to 60 days. If a draft quote remains inactive for more than 60 days, it will be automatically canceled and can no longer be edited or revised.
If your draft quote has been canceled and you still need the quote, you must contact your Sales Representative.
