How Can I Find My Customer or Client Number in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how you can find your IM Customer/Client number in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the top-right corner of the page you will see an icon with your Initials. Click the icon.

3. The first item in the opened menu is your Reseller ID/ Account No. which is your Customer/Client number.

Note: Your Reseller ID/ Account No. is the same for all accounts under the same company.
