How Can My Customers Process Their Orders in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides step-by-steps instructions how my customers can process their orders in Xvantage.

Process:

Note: These steps should be followed after any customer SKUs are created and the quote is activated.

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over left navigation menu and click My Business, then Quotes.

3. Search for a quote in Xvantage. Search by: IM Quote #m End-User, or utilize the filters in the quote search page.

4. Click the Quote ID hyperlink to open the Quote Details page.

5. Click Checkout.

6. Confirm the information on the quote is correct including end user details (contact name, phone number, and email), then click Continue.

7. Update Vendor Requested Information and Install at Site details as needed, then click Continue.

Note: Note that TAA Compliant orders can be placed in Xvantage. For DPAS orders the partner will need to contact an Ingram Micro Sales Representative.

8. Enter in PO, Billing and Shipping Details. Ensure shipping details include contact name email and phone number. Click Place Order.
