Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Recurring Services dashboard in Xvantage and understanding the insights available to monitor recurring business performance, vendor engagement, revenue, and customer subscriptions.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click on Insights.
The Insights Overview dashboard will be displayed.
Click the Recurring Services tab.
The following insights and dashboards will be available:
Overview – Displays high-level metrics on business engagement with various vendors.
Cloud Service Pattern – Shows trends and changes in cloud recurring business compared to previous periods.
Top 5 Vendor Concentration – Displays the top five vendors based on revenue and active subscriptions.
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) – Provides a month-over-month (MoM) view of ARR across different vendors and service types, such as Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Top 5 End Customer Annual Concentration – Displays the top five end customers based on revenue, active subscriptions, and seats purchased.
Azure Consumption Dashboard – Provides an overview of Azure consumption trends across customers and their associated revenue types.
Azure Consumption – Displays Azure consumption trends across customers and their associated revenue types.
