Overview:
This guide will navigate you how to access Azure Consumption dashboard in Xvantage.
Note: Only administrators and users with all or custom permissions can access the insights link in My Business. Users on the standard Basic, Support and Purchasing permissions profiles cannot.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu select My business, then click Insights.
Click on Recurring Services tab.
Scroll down on the page to Access Azure Consumption Dashboard. You can search for a customer, apply filters, and drill down into Azure plans, subscriptions, and consumption details to gain a better understanding of their cloud usage and optimization opportunities.
