Overview:
This article explains how to access the Commissions Portal from Xvantage™ and provides information about first-time access and permissions.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business.
Select Commissions.
The IM Partner Portal opens in a new browser tab.
If this is your first time accessing the portal:
Use your Xvantage™ credentials to sign in.
Request the required permissions from your organization's Partner Portal Administrator.
If you do not know who your administrator is, submit a support ticket to request this information.
Note: For security reasons, new user accounts are created without access permissions to Partner Portal areas. Access must be granted by your organization's Partner Portal Administrator.
