How to Access Renewals Help Guides in Xvantage™

Overview:

Refer to this knowledge base article to access the Help Guides related to Renewals in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Renewals.

3. View Help Guides by clicking the Help Guides button.

4. A pop-up window will appear, which contains:

   • Ingram Micro Xvantage Renewals Linecard

   • Renewals Team email address

   • Order Confirmation Linecard

   • Renewals Status Definitions
