Overview:
This article explains how to access the Adobe Reseller Console from Xvantage™ and use it to view customer subscription details, usage information, and order history.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, navigate to My Business → Subscriptions.
On the Subscriptions page, locate and select the Adobe customer subscription you want to manage.
Click Vendor Console in the action menu.
On the vendor details page, click Adobe Reseller Console. The Adobe Reseller Console opens in a new browser tab.
From the Adobe Reseller Console, you can:
View customer subscription details.
Review current license usage.
View order and renewal history.
Access subscription management information.
To view additional customer-specific details, select the customer record and click Open Details.

Note: From the customer details page, you can also manage Adobe administrator accounts, including adding or removing admin users, depending on your permissions.
