How to Access the Customer Portal in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article explains how to access customer data, such as account information, invoices, and subscriptions, in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over left navigation menu and click on My business, then select Cloud Services.

3. A new tab will open.

4. Hover over the left navigation menu, and choose Customers.

5. Locate the customer account that you want to log in to from the list.

6. Click the Account Name (hyperlink).

7. Finally, press the Log In as Customer button.
