How to Access the Dropbox Admin Console through Xvantage™

Overview:

This document explains how to access the Dropbox Admin Console through Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and select My Business, then click Subscriptions.

3. On the subscriptions management page, use the search bar to find your Dropbox subscription.

4. Click the blue hyperlink to open the relevant subscription.

5. Click the View service details button on the right side of the page.

6. A pop-up screen will appear with the service details.

7. Finally, click the blue Log into Dropbox button to access the Dropbox Admin Console.
