How to Access the Help Videos and PDF Guides in Xvantage™

This section explains how to find the help videos and PDF guides in Xvantage.

Subtopic 1: How to Access the PDF Help Guides in X4C

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information menu at the bottom of the Home page.

3. Click on Help. This will open the Xvantage Help Guides page in a new tab.

4. Scroll down to the PDF Guides section.

5. Click on Learn More next to the specific guide you want to read. The PDF will open in a new tab.

Subtopic 2: How to Locate the Video Guides in X4C

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information menu at the bottom of the Home page.

3. Click on Help. This will open the Xvantage Help Guides page in a new tab.

4. Scroll down to the Video Guides section.

5. Click on View Now next to the specific guide you want to watch. The YouTube video will open in a new tab.
