Overview:
This article provides the steps to view the Insights Overview in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Insights.
The Insights Overview page will be displayed.
Review the following insights available on the overview page:
Recurring Services – Displays insights into recurring revenue streams and customer engagement.
Trending Products – Displays the top-trending products and categories for the current week.
To view more detailed information, click View More on the right side of the corresponding card. You will be redirected to the Recurring Services or Trending Products tab, where additional insights are available.
