Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to add, update or delete credit cards in X4C.
Important:
• Credit card payment is only available for customers on credit card terms (Check your credit screen for more info)
• Credit card payments apply only to cloud subscription products.
• This option will not appear for other product types or non‑credit‑term accounts.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Navigate to the top right corner, click the blue button with your user initials, then go to Account Settings.
Under Account Settings, go to Payment Methods (Cloud).
Go to the +Add New Credit Card button, filling in the requested information for the new card.
Click Save to complete the process.
