Overview:
If you're renewing a subscription in Xvantage without making any changes to the products or quantities, you can add a new Purchase Order (PO) to complete the renewal process.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You can increase at any time, if you want to decrease return quantities after placing an order or a renewal, you need to return the order (How to return an Adobe item in Xvantage). Decreasing after 14 days is only possible at subscription auto-renewal (auto-renew needs to be enable) date to schedule the renewal quantities.
You can increase or decrease the number of seats in your Adobe Cloud subscription.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation panel, select My Business, then select Subscriptions.
Search for the customer and select the subscription.
Select Change on top right-hand side of the screen, then select Plan or quantity from the options.
Select Next until you reach the screen where you are able to add the renewal PO and place order.
Once the "no product" order is completed, the subscription will reflect the last PO used for that customer. For renewal orders with no changes in product or quantity, the system will reference this last PO on the invoice generated for the billing order.
