How to Add or Remove Ingram Micro Ultra Reward Admins on Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to add and remove Ultra Reward Admin on Xvantage.

To add or remove a reward admin, please note the following:

• Your company must be enrolled in Ingram Micro Ultra

• Any Xvantage admin who accepts the Terms and Conditions (Ts & Cs) is automatically assigned the Reward Admin role

• Only current Reward Admin(s) have the ability to remove or add a new Reward Admin

• Each MBCN must have at least one Reward Admin. You can only remove a Reward Admin if there are more than one.

Process:

Subtopic 1: How to Add a Reward Admin

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business.

3. Scroll down and click on Ingram Micro Ultra. This will lead to the Ingram Micro Ultra page.

4. On the Ultra membership page, locate the Reward widget and click on Manage.

5. In the lefthand navigation menu, click + Add Admins.

6. In the pop-up window, locate the user you’d like to add as a Reward Admin.

   • You may also search for users by name in the search bar

7. Select the user you would like to add as a Reward Admin.

8. Click Add admins.

9. Once the Tax Responsibility Disclaimer is accepted, the added Reward Admin will be visible in the menu.

10. Repeat the previous steps to add another Admin or click Close.

Subtopic 2: How to Remove a Reward Admin

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business.

3. Scroll down and click on Ingram Micro Ultra. This will lead to the Ingram Micro Ultra page.

4. On the Ultra membership page, locate the Reward widget and click on Manage.

5. If there is more than one Ultra Reward Admin assigned to your account, you will see the option to click Remove.

6. Click Remove next to the user you wish to remove as an Ultra Reward Admin.

7. In the pop-up window, click Yes, remove access.

8. The removed user will no longer be a Reward Admin or have Reward Admin access.
