Overview:
This article explains how to use the Ingram Micro Seamless Move tool to migrate Adobe VIP Marketplace subscriptions into the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace ecosystem. The Seamless Move feature allows you to import all customer subscriptions at once or selectively migrate specific subscriptions.

Process:
Subtopic 1: Add the Ingram Micro Seamless Move Tool
To add the Seamless tool to migrate Adobe VIP Marketplace subscription:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Ingram Micro Seamless Move.
Select Add to Cart.
Open the Shopping Cart and verify the order details.
Select Next.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then select Buy.
After provisioning is complete, the Seamless Move tile becomes available in the left navigation menu.
In the left navigation menu, select Seamless Move.
Select Adobe.
Enter the following information:
Customer ID
Adobe VIP Number
Select Validate Import. The page refreshes and displays the products and seat counts associated with the VIP subscription.
Select Import.
When the confirmation message appears, confirm the migration.
Verify that the VIP subscription was successfully migrated by viewing the Reseller Authorization Dashboard or the Adobe Customer Management Dashboard.
Subtopic 2: Verify Adobe VIP Marketplace in the Reseller Authorization Dashboard
Before starting a migration, verify that Adobe VIP Marketplace is listed in the Reseller Authorization Dashboard.
From the left navigation menu, select My Partnerships.
Locate the Adobe subscription in the list.
Note:
If the Adobe subscription is already listed, proceed to Add the Ingram Micro Seamless Move Tool.
If the Adobe subscription is not listed, complete the steps in Create a Mock Adobe VIP Marketplace Order before continuing.
Subtopic 3: Create a Mock Adobe VIP Marketplace Order
If Adobe VIP Marketplace does not appear in the Reseller Authorization Dashboard, create a temporary Adobe VIP Marketplace order to establish the required authorization relationship.
From the left navigation menu, select Marketplace.
Locate the Adobe VIP Marketplace subscription and select Add to Cart.
Select the Shopping Cart icon.
Enter the required quantity and select Next.
Select Select Existing Customer, then select Next.
On the Reseller Options page, choose the appropriate customer sector and select Next.
Select Other Services, then select Next.
Verify the Administrator Email Address and select Next.
Important: The Administrator Email Address must be unique and must not already be associated with an Adobe licensing relationship.
Select Cancel to avoid submitting the order.
After approximately five minutes, Adobe VIP Marketplace should appear in the Reseller Authorization Dashboard.
