How to Cancel Adobe Subscriptions in Xvantage™

Overview:

Adobe subscription is never cancelled on Adobe side, they remain active with zero active seat counts, we call this state Evergreen (Evergreen KB). In this state, a customer is allowed to place a change order and add active seats to the contract at any time.

If you really need to cancel the subscription to no longer see it listed in your list of active subscriptions, you may reach out to your sales representative who will be able to assist you.

Note that if your customer has moved to another reseller, the subscription will be automatically removed once it expires.

This document includes the steps on how to cancel Adobe subscriptions on Xvantage.

Process:

You will still be able to see the option "Cancel subscription" from the Change drop down menu, a popup will display the following message: "According to the terms of service, this subscription cannot be cancelled. Turn off auto-renewal and wait until the subscription expires."
