How to Change Options of a Microsoft Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article outlines how you can change different options of a Microsoft subscription in Xvantage for Customers.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Navigate to the left panel and select My Business.

3. Click on Subscriptions.

4. Search for a Microsoft subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.

5. A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.

6. Select a subscription by clicking on the blue subscription number (hyperlink) in the Subscription column. The subscription will load on the page.

7. On the Subscription management page, navigate to the top right and select the Change button.

Note: If the order is pending you will not be able to make any changes.

8. A drop-down menu will appear with multiple change options, depending on the subscription:

   • Plan or quantity

   • Manage renewal options / Enable Auto Renew / Disable Auto Renew

   • Partial upgrade

   • Co-term Subscription

   • Put on hold

   • Change payment method

   • Cancel subscription

9. Select your preferred option to continue.
