How to Change the Carrier of an Order in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document describes the procedure for updating the carrier information for an order.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Start adding items to your cart by following either of these methods:

   • Quick Order

     • Select Quick Order just below your name.

     • Add the items to your cart by

       • Entering the SKU/VPN number, if known

       • Specifying the required quantity

     • Select Add to include the items in your cart.

   • Using the Search Field

     • Go to the Search bar at the top of the screen.

     • Enter the product name or keyword.

     • From the search results, select the product to add it to your cart.

3. Once products are added to your cart, check, and confirm the number of products and the pricing details.

4. Click on Continue to checkout.

5. Enter the needed information to complete the checkout process as usual.

6. Click on the pencil icon next to Shipment 1 of 1 via Parcelforce Standard (GB mainland only) (Ships from Local Warehouse) within the Checkout screen.

7. Make your selection. Then, hit Save.

8. Finally, press Place Order.
