Overview:
An improved customer experience is now available at Xvantage. When shopping for products, customers can now check for quantity breaks if they are looking for discounts in their bulk purchases. Below are steps on how to check for quantity break in products at Xvantage.
Note: Requests for quantity breaks should be sent to the Pricing Operations Team.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click Products.
Choose among the Product list, and select the product you want to check. Alternatively, go to the search bar and type in the keyword(s), VPN or IM SKU, if available.
Once a product is chosen, go to the lower right section of the product.
Above the shopping cart, toggle down the deal (usually in bold, green text) and check the available product discounts available. From here, item quantity and price will be available.
From this list, click the applicable quantity.
Once quantity is chosen, the new price will show along with the details of the volume pricing.
