How to Check for Voucher Information in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to check for Voucher information within Xvantage.

Note: The Ingram Micro company provides vouchers which can be used on the Xvantage platform against technical solutions, SKUs.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select My business then click on Vouchers.

3. In the Vouchers sub-menu, there will be two tabs: My company’s voucher and Limited Availability.

4. Explore the dashboard that contains a table with specific categories such as:

   • Voucher’s Name

   • Validity

   • Voucher’s Code

   • Value

   • Minimum Order Value

   • Restriction

5. Use the search field by entering keywords, the Voucher Name or SKU, then clicking the Search button to retrieve the Voucher.

   

6. The option to switch to the Restricted Ingram Micro SKU or Vendor restricted view is also made available.
